PURPOSE: A low temperature heating cooking appliance is provided to heat the vacuum-sealed ingredients of food at a low temperature for a long time, thereby implementing the remarkable taste to cooked food and providing improved chewy texture. CONSTITUTION: A low temperature heating cooking appliance comprises a main container(11), a heater(21), a circulation unit(31), a temperature measuring unit(22), a timer(41), and a control unit. The main container accommodates the sealed container with ingredients of food and the fixed amount of water. The heater heats the water accommodated in the main container. The circulation unit circulates the water heated by the heater within the main part container. The temperature measuring unit measures the temperature of the water circulated by the circulation unit. The timer sets a fixed time. The control unit drives the circulation unit for the set time set by the timer, and controls the operation of the heater to maintain the water temperature at the fixed temperature below the boiling point of water. A subcontainer(12) is additionally included to be arranged for the main container not to contact directly to the heater. A locking retaining unit is additionally included to maintain the airtight subcontainer to be in the state submerged in the circulating water of the main container. |
