PURPOSE: A rotating and vibrating mascara is provided to control the vibration and rotation of a mascara brush and the dispensing amount of mascara liquid to the mascara brush. CONSTITUTION: A vibrating mascara includes a power supplying part(280), a circuit board(270), a rotary motor(260), a vibrating motor(265), a mascara cap(230), a mascara supporting rod(220), an internal case(240), an external case(250), and a manipulating button(290). The power supplying part supplies power. A switching circuit is disposed in the circuit board. The rotary motor and the vibrating motor rotate and vibrate the mascara supporting rod. A hole is formed at the center of the mascara cap. The internal case is combined with the mascara cap. The rotary motor is disposed in the internal case and is connected to the mascara brush. The mascara supporting is connected to the vibrating motor. The external case is spaced apart from the internal case. The manipulating button operates the rotary motor and the vibrating motor. |
