PURPOSE: A light source module and a lighting system including the same are provided to improve heat discharge efficiency by discharging heat discharged from a light emitting element package through a circuit substrate and a radiant heat or a second substrate. CONSTITUTION: A circuit substrate(100) includes a first insulating layer, a conductive pattern, and a second insulating layer. The conductive pattern is placed between the first and the second insulating layers through the adhesive. A light emitting element package(200) is placed on a first surface of the circuit substrate. A radiant heat unit(300) is placed on a second surface of the circuit substrate. A heat conductive member(310) is included in every radiant heat unit corresponding to each light emitting element package.
