PURPOSE: A film adhesion type thermal transfer sheet is provided to prevent dye transfer due to sublimation of a dye. CONSTITUTION: A film adhesion type thermal transfer sheet comprises a release film layer(10), a transfer film layer(30), a synthetic resin film layer(70a), and a hot-melt adhesive layer(50). The transfer film layer is formed at the upper portion of the release film layer. The synthetic resin film layer is adhered on the upper portion of the transfer film layer. The hot-melt adhesive layer is adhered on the upper portion of the synthetic resin film layer. A first adhesive coating layer(70b) is formed between the synthetic resin film layer and the transfer film layer.
