CONVEX CORE PIPE WELDING FIXTURE

PURPOSE: A welding tool of a concavo-convex core pipe is provided to lower the investment and maintenance costs in comparison with brazing welding and to have the welding unit strength relatively excellent with the blazing welding unit strength. CONSTITUTION: A welding tool of a concavo-convex core pipe(1) comprises a supporting board(100), an accommodating chamber(200), a guide part(300), a jig part(400), and a fixing unit(500). The supporting board is formed on the lower part of the welding tool. The accommodating chamber with an open top is installed with an open top on the upper part of the supporting board, and settled with a concavo-convex core pipe laid to be rotatable. The guide part is installed on the upper end of the accommodating chamber. The jig part is installed to be movable on the guide part, and has one end to be inserted into the side of the concavo-convex core pipe to be positioned on the welding indentation impression formed by the welding between the convex part of the concavo-convex core material and an outer pipe. The fixing unit is installed on the guide part to fix the jig part.
