PURPOSE: A load distribution method of a multimode femto cell base station and a multimode femto cell base station for the same are provided to perform heterogeneous load distribution by selecting an optimum wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of wireless modules supplies wireless networks of respectively different standard concerning a multimode mobile terminal. A plurality of the wireless modules accepts connection to the multimode mobile terminal based on load information and mobility policy information. A plurality of the wireless modules transits the connection of the multimode mobile terminal to the other wireless network. A wireless network load management module(121) collects load information of each wireless network from the wireless module.
