PURPOSE: A fine blanking device without a deburring process is provided to remove a need for a deburrig process to remove a bur and enhance working efficiency and speed. CONSTITUTION: A fine blanking device(1) without a deburring process comprises a die plate(10), a guide plate(20), a stinger(30), a transfer unit(40), and a processing unit(50). The guide plate presses the top of a plate placed on the top of the die plate if falling. The stringer forms a cutting groove(H) on the top of the plate to match the shape of an object to be produced, if the guide plate falls. The transfer unit transfers the plate, if the cutting groove is formed on the top of the plate by the stinger. |
