The present invention provides a coating material of graphite spheroidizer used during manufacturing ductile cast iron, which is easily useful in a high-temperature hot working environment owing to its light weight, and has the effect as a slag removing agent. The coating material on top of spheroidizer during graphite spheroidization of cast iron according to the present invention is characterized by being a volcanic silicate mineral, manufactured to have porosity, and containing: SiO2 of 70 ~ 75 wt%, Al2O3 of 12 ~ 14 wt%, K2O of 3~5 wt%, Na2O of 3~4 wt%, CaO of 0.7 ~ 1.5 wt%, Fe2O3, of 1.2 ~ 1.5 wt%, MgO of 0.1 ~ 0.2 wt%, and TiO2 of 0.05 ~ 0.1 wt%. |
