PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency earthquake notification assisting apparatus to be configured so as to notify an adequate evacuation action (action pattern), in response to the magnitude of earthquake and the estimated time of arrival of the earthquake. SOLUTION: The emergency earthquake notification assisting apparatus 30 performs speech recognition of magnitude of the earthquake (earthquake intensity) and the estimated arrival time, until the arrival of the earthquake from the transmission information transmitted to an alarm terminal 20 at the issuing of an urgent earthquake notification; extracts the corresponding action pattern from among a plurality of action patterns at the evacuation, which are correlated with the previously recorded magnitude of the earthquake with the estimated arrival time of the earthquake; and notifies the extracted action pattern as sound information from a speaker 40.
