MATERIAL CONTROLING HUMIDITY IN AIR-TIGHT DISPLAY CASE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: A humidity controller of a sealed display case and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to always maintain applicable humidity by absorbing moisture in a space when a display case moisture resistance is higher than a reference value and to emit moisture into the space when the display case moisture is less than the reference value based on the applicable humidity condition requested according to the kind of cultural assets therein. CONSTITUTION: A humidity controller of sealed display case and a manufacturing method comprise the following steps: A moisture-absorbing powder is obtained by mixing calcium chloride powder and polymer with weight ratio of 50-70:20-40. A moisturizing powder is obtained by mixing any one of diatomite powder and zeolite powder, and any one of vermiculite powder and pearlite powder with weight ratio of 60-80:20-40. A mixture of the moisture-absorbing powder and moisturizing powder is produced and water is added. The humidity controller for controlling humidity of space is obtained by controlling the weight ratio of the moisture-absorbing powder, moisturizing powder, and water. The polymer powder is comprised of any one of natural polymer and semi-synthetic polymer.
