The present invention refers to an isolated inclusion body comprising a polypeptide characterised in that the inclusion body is particulate in form. The present invention also refers to a bacterial cell comprising said inclusion body. The present invention additionally refers to a composition comprising said inclusion body and a eukaryotic cell. The present invention also refers to a composition comprising said inclusion body and an animal or plant tissue. The present invention also refers to the uses of said inclusion bodies as medicines and stimulators of cell proliferation and tissue regeneration.
