PURPOSE: An electric fan without a fan is provided to generate wind by turning a turning blade of an airplane shaped wing without the fan which is externally exposed. CONSTITUTION: An electric fan without a fan comprises a lower casing(110), a turning blade(130), an air current guide plate(150), and a turning direction controlling shaft. The lower casing receives a fan generating an air current. The turning blade communicated with the lower casing is joined to the upper part of the lower casing and comprises an air current discharging hole. The air current guide plate joined on one side of the turning blade divides the air current discharging hole into the left and right air current discharging holes and guides the air current discharged from the left and right air current discharging holes to the turning blade. The turning direction controlling shaft controls the direction of an air current supply by selectively opening or closing the left and right air current discharging holes so that the turning blade is turned to the left and right sides of a direction opposite to the direction of the supply of air currents.
