PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for fabricating the same are provided to reduce the constant resistance of a substrate and a finger electrode by forming a selective high concentration emitter layer by using a laser annealing process. CONSTITUTION: A specific impurity doped silicon substrate(1) is prepared. An insulating layer includes the specific impurity and a conductive impurity. An anti-reflection layer(20) is formed on the silicon substrate. An emitter layer(30,40) is formed in the anti-reflection layer. A front contact electrode(50) and a back electrode(10) are formed in the front and back surface of substrate. |
