PURPOSE: A floating waste supplying apparatus for a floating waste reprocessing system is provided to increase the efficiency of recollecting the remaining aggregate by a screen device dissolving a water treated waste exposed to the open air storage after discharging in a floating state the water treatment device. CONSTITUTION: A floating waste supplying apparatus for a floating waste reprocessing system comprises a supporter, a hopper, a discharge drum(30), and a transfer exhausting part. The discharge drum includes a drum body(31) and a dissolving blade(33). Blade fixing units(32) are formed in a radial structure on the external diameter of a drum body. Dissolved blades are fixed on each blade fixing units. The dissolving blades are formed in a torsion spring type with a winding part formed between a supporter and a rake member(33c), the supporter is supported on the external diameter of the drum body letting the winding part to penetrate the fixing pin of the blade fixing unit and rake members are arranged in a radius structure on the external diameter of a drum body being stood up. Each dissolving units arranged in a radial structure on a rotating drum body let the floating wastes that is stored in a storage area be discharged to a discharging hole by accepting and dissolving through the rake members that is twisted elastically by the winding part.
