摘要 PURPOSE: A discharging water quality management system is provided to minimize analysis operations and processes to remove BOD and total nitrogen(TN) by calculating a concentration forecast value of the total nitrogen and the BOD forecast value of discharging according to the ammonia concentration of the discharging water. CONSTITUTION: A discharging water quality management system comprises a first settling tank; a bioreactor; a blower(25); a last settling tank; a water quality measuring unit(40); and a controller(50). The bioreactor is arranged in the rear part of the first settling tank. The bioreactor comprises an anoxic tank, an aeration tank and an internal recycle pump(23) that returns activated sludge in the aeration tank to the anoxic tank. The blower supplies the air in the bioreactor. The last settling tank is arranged in the rear part of the bioreactor. The water quality measuring unit measures the ammonia concentration and the total nitrogen concentration of the discharging water that is discharged finally from the last setting tank. The controller adjusts the operation ration of the blower in accordance with the ammonia concentration that is received from the water quality measuring unit. The controller judges whether denitrification is inferior comparing the measured value and the forecast value of the total nitrogen concentration that is received from the water quality measuring unit. The forecast value of the total nitrogen is calculated by formula 1. In formula 1, Y is the forecast value of the total nitrogen concentration, and X is the ammonia concentration of the discharging water.
