PURPOSE: A tunnel accident detecting and alarming system is provided to prevent accidents from subsequently being generated by blocking the entrance of following vehicles and rapidly being taken follow-up measure in the accident within tunnel. CONSTITUTION: A image distributer(21) distributes transmitted image from monitoring camera(10). An image analyser(22) analyzes distributed image from image distributor. A control management server(23) controls and saves image which was analyzed from image analysis machine.
