PURPOSE: A tire pneumatic monitoring device capable of predicting a lifespan of a tire and a method thereof are provided to inform a tire replacing timing according to the prediction of the lifespan of the tire, thereby conveniently manage the tire. CONSTITUTION: A tire pneumatic monitoring device capable of predicting a lifespan of a tire comprises a tire sensor(110) and a control unit(120). The tire sensor senses at least one of a wheel rotating speed, tire pressure, and a battery residual value. The control unit predicts the lifespan of the tire based on the sensed information.
