PURPOSE: A ventilation unit for a transmission is provided to prevent the outflow of working fluids in a car accident by comprising a fluid opening and closing unit. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation unit(20) is combined with a housing unit(10). An inlet tube(30) is connected to the ventilation unit. The internal air of the housing unit flows into the inlet tube. A discharge pipe(40) is connected to the ventilation unit. The discharge pipe discharges air to the outside of the housing unit. An air pressure opening and closing unit(50) is mounted on the ventilation unit. The air pressure opening and closing unit opens and closes the discharge pipe. A fluid opening and closing unit(60) opens and closes the ventilation unit.
