PURPOSE: A reinforcing bar splice equipment is provided to prevent a rotation of reinforcing bar when assembling the fixing portion and a connection ring for joining the reinforcing bar and to assemble fast without any other tools, thereby reducing the working time. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing bar splice equipment comprises a fixing portion(10) and a connection ring(20). The fixing portion has an insertion groove into which a node of the reinforcing bar(50) is inserted, and a pressing and fixing portion which is inserted between the nodes of the reinforcing bar. The connection ring fixes the fixing portion which is respectively placed at an outer periphery of both sides, and comprises a fastening portion(21) with a bolt hole.
