PURPOSE: A permanent magnet including different materials is provided to remarkably reduce a cogging torque by having the same surface magnetic flux density in all areas. CONSTITUTION: A permanent magnet(20) is formed by combining a first magnet powder and a second magnet powder. A first magnet powder has a low magnetic flux density. A second magnet powder has a high magnetic flux density. A first magnet powder and a second magnet powder are mixed with different content from an edge part(21) to a center part.
