An image forming apparatus and an image forming method, a print controlling terminal and a print controlling method are provided. The image forming apparatus (200) includes a storage unit (220)which stores stereoscopic image patterns to be used for creation of a three dimensional (3D) image, a print unit (230) which prints the stereoscopic image patterns, a user interface unit (240) which receives at least one pattern selected from among the stereoscopic image patterns, and an image creating unit (210)which creates the 3D image by reflecting information related to the at least one selected pattern.
