An airbag device includes a mounting plate to which an airbag, an inflator, and a cover are secured, a locking body formed of a linear material configured to be elastically deformed into a shape in which an intermediate wire portion and a pair of side wire portions are continuous so as to form a U-like shape, and a holding member holding the locking body on the mounting plate. Each of end portions of the pair of side wire portions is formed as an inclined portion for biasing, and a pair of auxiliary biasing members respectively configured to abut against the pair of inclined portions for biasing are provided in the mounting plate. The locking body is held on the mounting plate in a state in which the pair of inclined portions for biasing respectively abut against the pair of auxiliary biasing members to bias the intermediate wire portion toward a direction of being locked with the first mounting member.
