A PUNCHER FOR MANUFACTURING OF POLYSTYRENE HAVING RESISTANCE TO FLAME

PURPOSE: A puncher for manufacturing of polystyrene having resistance to flame is provided to prevent damage or cracks in foam caused by repeated punching by simultaneously punching the foam in the mass. CONSTITUTION: A puncher(10) for manufacturing of polystyrene having resistance to flame comprises a pressing unit(110), a punching unit(120), and a transfer base unit. The pressing unit vertically moves to provide pressing force for punching. The punching unit forms a needle for punching and is attached to one end of the pressing unit. The transfer base unit supports and transfers the foam which is punched by the punching unit. The punching unit simultaneously punches the whole foam by being formed as one plate with the same size of the punched foam.
