PURPOSE: A polymer electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell is provided to have excellent ion conductivity under a low moisture and high temperature condition, and to improve generation efficiency and system efficiency of the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A polymer electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell comprises a porous support, a self proton conducting material which is distributed in the porous support; an ion conductor which is impregnated in the porous support; and an inorganic particle with an azole ring. The self proton conductive material comprises an azole ring-contacted inorganic particle. The inorganic particle is a silicon oxide, metal oxide, or alkaline earth metal oxide. The azole ring is pyrazole, imidazole, triazole, tetrazole, thiazole or oxazole. |
