PURPOSE: An array board for a lateral electric field type LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to reduce the reflectivity of external light by forming a common electrode and a pixel electrode as a dual structure. CONSTITUTION: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is formed in each pixel area. A plurality of pixel electrodes(170) is connected to the TFT within a pixel area. A plurality of center common electrodes(173) is formed with a plurality of pixel electrodes within the pixel area. The pixel electrode includes a lower layer(170a,173a) including first thickness. The common electrode includes an upper layer(170b,173b) including second thickness. The pixel electrode and the common electrode have a dual structure. The lower layer is formed by an opaque metal material. The upper layer is formed by a transparent conductive material.
