PURPOSE: A device for adjusting a mask width of a screen printer is provided to apply masks of various sizes with one screen print regardless of the sizes of the masks caused by a change of a mask printing on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board). CONSTITUTION: A device for adjusting a mask width of a screen printer comprises a width adjustment fixing member(100), a guide rail, a plurality of guide runners, a width adjustment bar(400), a longitudinal width adjusting stopper(500), mask supporters(600,600'), a width adjustment hanging member(700), and a width adjustment guide member(800). The width adjustment fixing member comprises a plurality of width adjusting holes(110). The guide rail is symmetrically formed in left and right lower surface of the width adjustment fixing member in a longitudinal direction. The guide runner is joined to the guide rail, thereby being slid along the guide rail. The width adjustment bar comprises a plurality of vertical fitting grooves(410). The stopper is fitted and joined to the vertical fitting groove and adjusts a longitudinal width according to a longitudinal length of a mask. The mask supporters are respectively joined to lower surfaces of the vertical fitting grooves in a front side and rear side of lower surfaces of the width adjustment bar. The width adjustment hanging member is adjusted by corresponding to a longitudinal width of the mask. The width adjustment guide member is linearly slid, spaced, and adjusted by guiding the width adjustment bar. |
