<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted equipment controller for operating vehicle-mounted equipment taking an image of the face of an occupant for driving equipment on the basis of image information. <P>SOLUTION: An inner camera 1 is installed at a central part 41 of a steering wheel 4. The inner camera is fixed at a bottom part of a concave portion of an air bag base member with bolts through two L-shaped brackets under a state in which the inner camera is inserted through an insertion hole formed at a central space of a bag body of an air bag device 5 and another insertion hole formed at the center part of a horn cover member in such a way that it may be enclosed by a horn switch device 6.
