<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recruitment management system capable of introducing an appropriate human resource to an employer, and capable of saving labor hour in the employer's side by executing a contract of employment between the employer and the human resource using data when introducing the human resource and by calculating a salary to the human resource employed by the employer. <P>SOLUTION: This recruitment management system includes: a case information storage device 24 for storing case information, or data related to human resources whom an employer requests; a human resource information storage device 22 for storing human resource information of introducible human resources who are registered in a recruiting company side; an introducing person's information storage device 38 for storing, as introducing person's information, the human resource information of the human resource adequate to prescribed case information; employment contract creating means 47 for creating employment contract information for employing the human resource based on the human resource information and the case information, an attendance information storage device 44 for storing the attendance information of the human resource; and salary calculation means 49 for calculating a salary to be actually paid to the human resource in the case based on the attendance information and the contract information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
