摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the reliable results of inspection by a comprehensive judgment, by a method wherein the rotary driving of a rotary driving section is transmitted to a plurality of head sections through a connecting member, at least two of a visual inspection camera, a probe for eddy current flaw detection and a probe for ultrasonic flaw detection and moreover, the rotational speed of each head section is set with gears separately. CONSTITUTION:When the view range 59 inside the center hole 2 by a camera lens system 54, the flaw detection range 60 by an eddy current probe 31 and the flaw detection range 61 by an ultrasonic probe 30 have dimensions (a), (b) and (c) along the axis of the hole 2, the gear ratio in each head section is set according to the dimension ratio in each gear section so that a head section 25 will be (a)/(b) times as large as the rotational speed of a head section 27 while a head section 23 will be (a)/(c) times as large as the rotational speed of the head section 27. The axial advance of the head sections 23, 25 and 27 per rotation thereof is so set to be p1, p2 and p3 for each head section. Then, the results of various inspections are evaluated by a comprehensive comparison by learning the axial intervals l1 and l2 and the circumferential intervals s1 and s2 of the heads 23, 25 and 27 beforehand.
