PURPOSE:To efficiently reduce a noise, by constituting a compressor such that a compressed refrigerant in a cylinder, before it is released into an enclosed case, is allowed to flow passing through a valve chamber and an expansion chamber formed by a partitioning plate interposed between a bearing and a delivery cover. CONSTITUTION:A bearing 9 provides in its surface 9a opposite to a cylinder surface a recessed part 11 for mounting a valve 10 (not shown in the drawing), cavity part 12 connecting its one end with the recessed part 11, further a small groove 13 in the vicinity of a valve 10b (not shown in the drawing) and a small cavity part 14 communicating with said recessed part 11 by said small groove 13. These recessed part 11, cavity part 12, small groove 13 and the small cavity part 14 respectively form a valve chamber 11a, expansion chamber 12a, communication chamber 13a and a small chamber 14a (all not shown in the drawing) by a partitioning plate 15 interposed between the bearing 9 and a delivery cover 17. In the above constitution, a refrigerant compressed in a cylinder, before it is released into an enclosed case 2, is allowed to flow passing through the valve chamber 11a and the expansion chamber 12a because the small chamber 14a communicates with the valve chamber 11a but those excepting the chamber 14a is not connected, and a compressor can reduce the pressure pulsation.
