<p>PURPOSE:To make a titled device capable of obtaining a rolling stock of high quality by detecting the tension of a stand, for rolling lapped stocks, and controlling respective tensions of upper and lower stocks, based on the deviation of said detected tension from a tension corresponding to an electric-current reference value. CONSTITUTION:In a method of overlapping an upper stock 1, an intermediate adhesive stock 2 and a lower stock 3, and pressure-welding rolling them by a rolling stand 21; the tensions of stocks 1, 3 are detected respectively by providing tension detectors 24, 25 to the inlet side of stand 21, and detected values are transmitted to tension- control circuits 26, 27. In the circuits 26, 27; the deviation of said detected-tension input value from a tension corresponding to an electric-current reference value, inputted from current-reference setters 13, 20, is operated to output a current-reference correction value, corresponding to said deviation, to current-reference circuits 12, 19 through a tension-control upper-and-lower-limits arithmetic unit 28. In the unit 28; the power sources 9, 16 of driving motors 8, 15 of the inlet-side bridle rolls 7, 14 of stocks 1, 3 are feedback-controlled based on said correction values by current detectors 11, 18 through current-control units 10, 17, to perform the tension control.</p> |
