<p>An object of the present invention is to provide a connector which can reduce overall thickness of a substrate including the connector. The connector according to the present invention is configured such that parts of the connector bodies (11 and 21) will be placed in openings (1a) of a substrate (1) and that other parts of the connector bodies (11 and 21), i.e., parts placed on the substrate (1), will be equal in a height dimension to LEDs (2) placed on the substrate (1). This makes it possible to reduce the overall thickness of the substrate (1) including the connector bodies (11 and 21). Consequently, the substrate (1) with the connectors (10 and 20) mounted thereon can be installed without being restricted by substrate installation space even in a small device, such as a thin television set, which has a small substrate installation space in a thickness direction of the substrate (1).</p> |
