PURPOSE: A data limit service method, a system thereof, and a mobile services switching center for a data limit service are provided to block a data call in an MME(Mobility Management Entity) in case limit is expired when a data limit service subscriber uses a data service in an LTE(Long Term Evolution)/EPC(Evolved Packet Core) network. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(302) receives changed payment system information of a terminal device from a subscriber server. A service processing unit(300) determines whether a call of a terminal device is connected or not based on the received changed payment system information. In case the call of the terminal device is connected, the service processing unit performs a call deletion request to an SGW(Serving GateWay). A message generating unit(304) generates a call deletion request message with the control of the service processing unit. A transmitter(308) transmits the generated call deletion request message to the SGW.
