<p>PURPOSE: A LED lighting system capable of a dimming control by using a smart phone and a lighting method using the same are provided to easily control the brightness of a LED lamp by using a smart phone. CONSTITUTION: A smart phone(100) receives a dimming control command from a user. A smart phone transmits a dimming control command through a wireless local area network. A dimming switch(200) generates a dimming signal. A dimming switch wirelessly transmits a dimming signal. A wireless LED lighting device(310) wirelessly receives a dimming signal. A wireless LED lighting device controls the brightness of a LED lamp according to a dimming signal.
