PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to streamline a process and to reduce the thickness of the organic light emitting display device by forming a pad part and a source electrode or a drain electrode at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(101) has a display area(A1) and a non-display area(A2). A first electrode is formed on the substrate. Multiple pad parts are formed in the non-display area. An insulating layer includes a contact hole and a groove. A drive circuit part(150) is electrically connected to the pad parts through the contact hole.
