PRODUCTION OF REFUSE DERIVED FUEL AND TREATMENT OF BIOMASS WITH ZERO DISCHARGE SYSTEM USING MICROBIAL MATERIALS

PURPOSE: An organic waste treating method by a non-discharging system using a microbial agent, and solid fuel(compost) manufacturing method and apparatus thereof are provided to process the organic waste without discharging the liquid waste by injecting liquid waste and livestock excretion effluent to the process of producing solid waste to solid fuel. CONSTITUTION: An organic waste treating method by a non-discharging system using a microbial agent comprises the following steps. Organic waste comprising a mixture of liquid and solid waste is classified into the liquid waste and the solid waste. The solid waste separated from the solid-liquid separating step removes moist from the liquid waste by using heat produced from the organic decomposition by injecting the liquid waste to a process of fermentation degradation using microorganisms or microbial agents. The discharged water may not be ejected to outside.
