PURPOSE: A single body type nano fluid vapor chamber is provided to remove energy for discharging heat by rapidly circulating a heat medium to a heat source in a chamber with a natural convection phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A triangular prism shaped chamber is formed in a body(100). A heat medium is formed in the chamber. The heat medium includes nano particles. The heat medium is moved to an evaporation unit by a gradient formed in the bottom of the chamber. An LED device(10) is mounted on the upper side of the evaporation unit of the chamber. |
