PURPOSE: An ice dispenser and a water dispenser equipped with an ice maker using the same is provided to simplify the configuration and rotatably move an ice pail by connecting a transfer guide member with the ice pail. CONSTITUTION: An ice dispenser(100) comprises a ice pail(150), a fixture(110), and an opening and closing system(S). The ice pail includes a bottom slope section. The fixture is mounted on the ice pail and has an ice outlet(111) and a mounting part(113). The opening and closing system is arranged on the mounting part of the fixture and is opened to the outlet according to a displacement. The opening and closing system comprises a displacement member(120) which has a vent(121) corresponding to the outlet, and an operation member(130). The operation member has a delivery path in which the ice falls down. The delivery path comprises resistance members(135A,135B) to reduce the falling speed of the ice.
