PURPOSE: An automatic analog meter reading water meter is provided to measure the number of rotations of an impeller and to digitalize the same, thereby automatically reading the water metering value using digitalized values. CONSTITUTION: An automatic analog meter reading water meter comprises an operating bar(110), a rotary plate(120), and a signal generating unit(130). The operating bar is rotated by being joined to the upper part of a gear shaft. The rotary plate is assembled to each end portion of the operating bar to be rotatable, and a part of the upper part of the gear shaft rolls and rotates by being circumscribed to an upper surface of an upper plate. The signal generating unit forms a first and second contact point scales(131,132) on the surface of the upper plate. The first and second contact point scales generates the contact point signals when simultaneously contacting to the outer periphery of the rotary plate.
