PURPOSE: A method for blocking and detecting an e-commerce illegal transaction and a system thereof are provided to prevent damage to a user by determining whether a transaction is blocked before receiving a specific service through an actual e-commerce web server. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(100) operates an information collection agent. The user terminal transmits a transmission packet to an illegal transaction prevention server(300) through the information collection agent. The user terminal obtains official access information and policy information. The user terminal delivers a blocking event according to the policy information to a dedicated application.
