CONDUCTIVE PASTE FOR INTERNAL ELECTRODE OF MULTILAYER CERAMIC ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS AND MULTILAYER CERAMIC ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A laminated ceramic electronic component and a conductive paste for an internal electrode of the laminated ceramic electronic component are provided to increase contraction beginning temperature of the internal electrode by adding nanodiamond to the internal electrode, thereby improving stress intensity caused by thermal expansion between a ceramic dielectric sheet and the internal electrode. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic body(10) is composed of a ceramic material having high dielectric constant. External electrodes(20,21) are formed in both sides of the ceramic body. One end of an internal electrode(31) is formed in one side of the ceramic body to be exposed. The internal electrode includes conductive metal and nanodiamond. A particle size of the conductive metal is 80nm to 120nm.
