IMIDAZOPYRIDINE DERIVATIVES, PI3K AND/OR MTOR INHIBITING COMPOSITION AND COMPOSITION USED IN DISEASES LINKED TO PI3K AND/OR MTOR COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An imidazopyridine derivative and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same for suppressing PI3k and/or mTOR inhibitor are provided to treat diseases caused by abnormal cell growth or function. CONSTITUTION: An imidazopyridine compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is denoted by chemical formula 1. The salt includes hydrochloric acid, hydrobromic acid, hydroiodic acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, methanesulphonic acid, benzene sulfonic acid, formic acid, acetic acid, trifluoroacetic acid, propionic acid, oxalic acid, malonic acid, succinic acid, fumaric acid, maleic acid, lactic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, ethanesulfonic acid, aspartic acid, gluconic acid, lactic acid, benzoic acid, salicylic acid, citric acid, or propionic acid. A composition which suppresses PI3K and/or mTOR kinase contains the compound of chemical formula 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent.
