<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a substrate for cardiovascular tissue culture which serves as a scaffold for the revascularization by seeding and transplanting cells, has a high blood non-leakage property, and is capable of revascularizing at an extremely high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The production method includes: a step for winding and installing a reinforcing material around a stick-like body; a step for forming a complex having a composite foam body on one face of the reinforcing material by immersing the stick-like body mounted with the reinforcing material in a solution formed by dissolving a bioabsorbable material in an organic solvent and then freezing and drying it; a step for removing the acquired complex having the composite foam body on one face of the reinforcing material, from the stick-like body by reversing it, and mounting the complex to the stick-like body so that the foam body side comes into contact with the stick-like body; and a step for immersing the stick-like body mounted with the complex having the composite foam body on one face of the reinforcing material in the solution dissolved with the bioabsorbable material in the organic solvent, and then freezing and drying it and forming the complex having the composite foam bodies on both faces of the reinforcing material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
