PURPOSE:To fix optical parts inexpensively with a high reliability by covering a metallic frame body on optical parts except input/output optical paths and welding the metallic frame body and a metallic base with a laser beam. CONSTITUTION:When optical parts 5 are covered with a metallic frame body 10 after optical parts 5 are put and positioned on a prescribed position of a metallic base 1, a gap (d) between the surface of th metallic base 1 and a sticking face 12 of the metallic frame body 10 (U-shaped end face of the metallic frame body 10) is 0.05-0.2mm. In this state, outer side faces of the sticking surface 12 and the metallic base 1 are welded at a desired number of points (welding points 15) by a laser beam. Since the metallic frame body 10 is pulled to the metallic base 1 with the shrinkage force of the weld by this laser beam welding to press-fix the bottom face of a recessed part 11 to the upper face of optical parts 5, optical parts 5 are fixed to the metallic base 1 surely.
