PURPOSE:To obtain a correct frequency spectrum using a narrow band of high frequency magnetic field, by repeating a work of obtaining frequency spectrums by varying a high frequency magnetic field frequency by a fixed range as desired times to take an envelop for frequency spectrums. CONSTITUTION:A frequency varying high frequency reference signal oscillator 1 is used to perform fast Fourier transformer processing 9 with a signal processor 8 to convert an NMR signal to a frequency spectrum. In addition, a processing 11 is conducted to determine whether a work is repeated (n) times to obtain the frequency spectrum by acquiring NMR signals carrying out a high frequency reference frequency conversion processing 10 to change the frequency of the high frequency refrence signal by fixed range DELTAnu. Then a processing 12 is done to obtain envelops for (n) pieces of frequency spectrums. Thus, correct frequency spectrum can be obtained by using a narrow band of high frequency magnetic field.
