PURPOSE:To surely and accurately supply water regardless of the quantity of shallow hot water in a bathtub without generating overflow, by mounting a water supply means for supplying water to the bathtub up to a reference water level upon the reception of the signal from a timer means. CONSTITUTION:When the surface of water in a bathtub 14 reaches a reference water level H0, the temp.-sensitive element 32 of a reference water level detection tank 12 is operated to input a reference water level signal to a control apparatus 15. During the timing of each set time, the supply of water is continued and, after the set time was elapsed, a signal is inputted to a water supply valve 16 from CPU38 and a water supply valve 16 is turned OFF to be closed and the supply of water is stopped. When a large water amount H and a medium water amount M are selected by CPU38, CPU38 performs no timing even if it receives the reference water level signal from the temp.-sensitive element 32 and outputs a signal to the water supply valve 16 to close the same and stops the supply of water. Therefore, conventional overflow is not generated and water can be surely supplied up to a predetermined water level.
