摘要 PURPOSE:To develop sticking preventing effect without bringing about the deterioration in printing grade, by forming a sticking preventing layer by dispersing a specific tetrafluoroethylene oligomer throughout a resin adhesive to a base material in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:A sticking preventing layer 4 is formed of a composition wherein 50-100pts.wt. of a TFE (tetrafluoroethylene) oligomer with MW of 10,000 or less is dispersed in 100pts.wt. of a resin adhesive to a base material 2. The TFE oligomer is excellent in lubricity and non-stickiness and one with MW of 10,000 or less is a white powder with a particle size of several mum and formed into a flowable melt at m.p. or more. If the oligomer is contained in the composition in this compounding ratio along with the resin adhesive to the base material 2, the TFE oligomer is instantaneously converted to the flowable melt when a thermal head heated to high temp. is contacted with the composition and heat is uniformly transferred to a thermal transfer layer without generating a sticking phenomenon and losing heat efficiency.
