PURPOSE: A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable a light guide plate to uniformly receive light by effectively dispersing light emitted from a light source. CONSTITUTION: A light source(300) is arranged at a side of a light guide plate(200). A bonding layer(201) is arranged between the light source and the light guide plate. The bonding layer is bonded to the light guide plate. A plurality of light path converting units is arranged between the bonding layer and the light guide plate.
