PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing nitrogen oxide in exhaust gas is provided to prevent a vortex in an exhaust pipe and to reduce noise and vibration generated during the exhaust recirculation. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for reducing nitrogen oxide in exhaust gas comprises an exhaust pipe(100), an injector(300), an EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) line(500), an inflow guide vane(510), and a discharge guide vane(520). A catalyst unit(200) is mounted in the middle of the exhaust pipe. The injector injects a reducing agent to the leading end of the catalyst unit. The inflow end portion of the EGR line is installed on the rear end of the catalyst unit, and the discharge end portion is installed on the leading end of the injector. The EGR line re-circulates exhaust gas passing through the catalyst unit to the leading end of the injector. The inflow guide vane guides the flow of the exhaust gas to the inflow end portion of the EGR line. The discharge end portion guides the exhaust gas discharged through the discharge end portion to the injector. |
