FRONT MUFFLER DEVICE

PURPOSE: A front muffler is provided to reduce weight and material costs by minimizing the size of a bellows such as one exhaust line. CONSTITUTION: A front muffler comprises a main exhaust line(1), a bellows(2), a sub exhaust line(10), and a joining part(30). The main exhaust line supplies exhaust gas from one side of an engine to the muffler. The bellows is formed in a predetermined part of the main exhaust line by forming an empty space linked to the main exhaust line. The sub exhaust line exhaust line sucks the exhaust gas from the other side of the engine, and supplies the exhaust gas to the muffler. The joining part is formed in a part where the main exhaust line and the sub exhaust line are connected to the muffler so that the exhaust gas from the main exhaust line joins with the exhaust gas from the sub exhaust gas line. The sub exhaust line laminated on the inside of the main exhaust line is connected to the bellows from the front side. The sub exhaust line is fitted into a hole formed in the main exhaust line.
